It is for the first time in the history of Goodyear League that one team won the trophy for the second time. Namely, FMP defeated Partizan 73:72 on Sunday and therefore repeated the success from 2004, when the team won the trophy under the name Reflex at the tournament in Zagreb.

Being knocked out in the semi-final was a little bit dissapointing for players of Hemofarm, the 2005 Goodyear League's Champion, but they may say they had the player of the day on the court. Namely Zlatko Bolić made 16 points and 4 rebounds earning himself index 24.
Partizan and FMP are the two finalist of the Goodyear League's F8 tournament in Sarajevo. The first one defeated the Champion from 2005 Hemofarm 88-66 while FMP surprised the favourite of the game Crvena zvezda 103-78. The winner of the first game was decided in the second half after Hemofarm was ahead for the first 20 minutes but lacked agresivity against the team from Belgrade. Crvena zvezda on the contrary was knocked down after FMP, the champion from 2004, made a partial result 24:6 in the third ...
