Vukoičić joined MZT Skopje Aerodrom before the beginning of the season as a guarantee for ambitious plans the club had in Eurocup and ABA League. But things didn't go according to the plan with MZT reaching only one victory so far in Europe (1-6) and is in the middle of the standings in the regional league (4-6). The decision was made after the latest ABA League defeat against Cibona but MZT immediately found his replacement in the Slovenian coach Zoran Martič, who was recently without the club and worked as a sport's commentator for the Slovenian Šport tv.

Martič has a long coaching history first in the Slovenian basketball and later abroad. He was for example at the head of the bench in Krka (2003/04), Budućnost (2004/05), APOEL Nicosia (2005/06), Pivovarna Laško, Helios, Khimik and Kormend, while between 2008 and 2010 he was an assistant coach in Union Olimpija. Martič was also the head-coach of the Slovenian U-20 National team, which won gold medal at the 2000 European Championship in Ohrid. "We agreed until teh end of this season," confirmed Martič, who will be present already at the Monday's evening practice.
