The main reason for firing Bajić was still not revealed by the club but the team was already coached by his former assistant Milutin Lastinić against Szolnoki Olaj. Bajić led Igokea to the ABA League Final Four Tournament in 2012/13 season, when the team finished the regular season as the leading one among 14 clubs. In the most successful season in the history of the club Igokea also won the National Championship of  BiH and the National Cup. Lately Bajić was mentioned as one of candidates for taking over the national team of BiH.

This autumn Igokea had a slower start into the season and won four out of seven games played until this Saturday in ABA League while in Eurocup it has 1-4.
