Laktaši will host the ABA League F4

ABA President after consulting Board ABA and after taking into consideration League Bylaws, security aspect, interest of clubs and cities and financial conditions took a decision that Final Four 2013 shall take place in Laktaši, BiH.

    Center Kiril Nikolovski will no longer wear the MZT Skopje Aerodrom jersey, since the two sides have agreed to part ways after the end of the season. On the other hand, Danilo Mijatović will stay in Skopje for another season.
